Can we choose carrier from the three?
Yes, but there may be a slight upcharge depending on the shipment. All orders below 20-30 lbs, generally ship faster USPS priority. For larger orders, UPS and FedEx are our choice carriers. If require any specific carrier please contact us.
Average ship time to West Coast?
Ship same day average times are 3-4 days to delivery. We recommend UPS 2-Day for guaranteed delivery to anywhere in the USA.
Do you ship to PO box?
Yes, for USPS deliveries. FedEx and UPS are not able to deliver to PO Boxes. If shipping to a PO Box, please select USPS in ship options.
Does order include signature requirement?
Orders over $250 USD generally require signature. Please advise Vela before placing an order, if this is not required or possible.
Can we ship to overseas US military locations with free shipping?
