Can double up rewards?
Yes! If you have been approved for multiple partner programs your discounts will be joined.
What if certification still in process?
Send us over any pre application forms, or other forms of proof.
Status has changed in program or classroom, program?
If you no longer qualify for your original program, please notify us as you transition. We will remove your name from our partner program published list.
How long does it take to process part program requests?
Depending on the complexity of the request, requests may take as little as an hour, to 2-3 days. This allows us time to read over, verify, and enter you into the appropriate programs. We will email you when your request has been processed.
What happens on repeat orders?
Simply login using the same account you applied under, and discounts will automatically apply at the cart. This will be true on all future orders.
How will be notified of progress on application?
We will email when your application has been submitted, and with any updates and final decisions. If approved simply login back into your account and your discount will automtically applied.
What will happen on first order?
If you apply before an order has been submitted (within 14 days) we will refund your order to the amount of your partner program discount.
Ordering for people outside of your qualified program?
Please do not order notebooks for anyone outside of you approved group. In order to protect programs really in need, this will immediately close your partner program account. If you know of other potential program partners, we always encourage and welcome new members!
